Partner use case

How a partner used TechSure360

Anonymised to protect the partner and their client.

The partner

A mid-sized MSP serving regulated manufacturing clients across Iberia. Strong in managed IT and cloud, but no in-house AI governance or ISO 42001 capability.

The opportunity

A key client asked for help preparing for the EU AI Act and an ISO/IEC 42001 readiness review — outside the partner's current skill set and not worth hiring a full-time specialist for.

How we helped

The partner registered the opportunity and chose white-label delivery. TechSure360 ran the AI governance readiness assessment behind the scenes; the partner presented the scorecard and roadmap to their client under their own brand.

The outcome

The client retained the partner for the remediation and ongoing managed service. The partner added a new, repeatable service line — and kept full ownership of the account.
